This month's guest William Smith founded the long-running website gaylifeafter40.com and several related groups on Facebook. We go beyond his personal coming out story as he shares the lessons he has learned from helping other gay men come out "later in life." Although his work focuses on gay men, these lessons can remind us all of the power of helping others.
