In a special role reversal, British author and educator Dr. Martin Patrick turns the mic on Our Black Gay Diaspora creator and host Erick Taylor Woodby — exploring the life, travels, and reflections of the man behind the podcast.

From growing up in Phoenix, Arizona, to visiting Sweden and South Africa, and finding his voice as a podcaster and interviewer, Erick opens up about identity, self-discovery, and what it truly means to navigate the world in a Black queer body. He reflects on coming out at 28 and the power of Black history worldwide.
