Victorian Election Special: Prahran – Legislative Assembly (lower house)

Rachel Westaway won the February 2025 by-election 51.35%–48.65% against the Greens, a margin of 1.35 percentage points. Liberal and Greens first preferences were separated by just one vote. Dr Meghan Hopper — Labor

Academic, Stonnington councillor and former mayor; South Yarra resident. Her stated priorities include affordable housing, living costs, education and safer neighbourhoods.

Rachel Westaway MP — Liberal

Angelica Di Camillo — Greens

Environmental engineer and St Kilda East resident; contested the 2025 by-election. Campaigns on rents, housing, inequality and climate action
