Congress, created by Tristan Meecham and Bec Reid for All the Queens Men, returns to Melbourne Fringe as a large‑scale civic performance inviting citizens to deliver the speeches politicians never give. Presented outdoors in Argyle Square, Carlton, on Saturday 3 October, the event brings together community voices, writers and performers in a public gathering that blends choreography, music and civic storytelling.
