The saxophones are getting louder for Luann (Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip Roaring 20th S05E08 Recap)

It's the downfall of Luann episode! And she couldn't be any more delusional than in this episode. We're in New York at her Halloween party and unfortunately it's less of a party and more of a Luann speech for 35 minutes. Porsha and the other girls let her have it.
