Quinn, Jen and Joss start the show with the usual check in on trans news, including a reflection on the new video clip to Troye Sivan’s song “She’s the Best”. The team talks about safe spaces in the community and Jen shares a not-so-safe workplace as a trans woman.
The special guest on this episode is Merrin Wake. She is mother to a trans child and uses lived experience and clinical knowledge for diversity and inclusion with a whole-of-family lens, to advocate and raise awareness, through kindness, as a trauma-informed educator and health and education consultant. She also works tirelessly to find ways to make our world a better place, not just for her children, but for all of us.
