‘Love wins’, ’love is love’ and ’equal love’ have become deeply ingrained in our memories of the marriage postal survey. Everywhere we looked we saw rainbow flags, t-shirts and even corporations selling us equal love. But for many queer people of colour, love is more than just branding or #lovewins.
